El Nogalar Closing
This is the final weekend to catch the world premiere production of El Nogalar written by the amazing, Tanya Saracho! Teatro Vista and Goodman Theatre have previously collaborated to bring outstanding theater pieces to life. It was recently announced that both companies agreed to a four year partnership to bring even more coproductions to the already amazing theater community of Chicago. Critics from all around have been singing the praises of the gifted Tanya Saracho for not only writing such a spectacular play, but for using her talent and voice to discuss the social dynamics of the issues currently a very real part of daily life along the Texas Mexico border.
